Our number one priority is to provide a safe, hassle free venue for your return. We endeavour to ensure the highest of Health & Safety standards are implemented for your safety and well-being.

This page outlines the measures we have put in place upon the reopening of Redcliffe RSL.

All information on this page is subject to change based on Government advise and restrictions.

The Redcliffe RSL Disclaimer

The Redcliffe RSL reserves the right not to allow any individual to enter the club if they are showing symptoms relating to COVID-19 and therefore, may present a risk to the health and safety of patrons at the club. The Redcliffe RSL also reserves the right to remove any patron who repeatedly fails to observe basic physical distancing or personal hygiene measures.

Safety & Social Distancing

For the health & safety of our members, guests and team, please help us prevent the spread of COVID-19 by practising:

  • Personal hygiene by washing & sanitising hands before, during & after your visit with us. Hand sanitiser is located throughout our venue.
  • Practising social distancing by keeping a minimum of 1.5m from others.
  • Using contactless payment where available.
  • Consider downloading the COVIDsafe app like our staff have done.
  • Not visiting our Club if you are feeling unwell, isolating or have come in contact with a confirmed case of COVID.

What we are doing (our COVID promise to you):

  • All our staff have completed mandatory COVID-19 training.
  • Staff have been encouraged to download the COVIDsafe app.
  • Dedicated hygiene & sanitation team performing regular cleans throughout the day.
  • A deep clean of the venue is performed every night.
  • Maintaining an accurate register of all visitors to the venue.
  • Promoting social distancing & contactless payment.
  • Safety Ambassadors monitoring social distancing & area limitations.

General Club entry requirements still apply although we do ask that anyone feeling unwell, isolating or who have come in contact with a confirmed case of COVID not visit our Club. Upon entry you will be asked COVID standard questions regarding your well-being.

Due to the COVID-19 Government recommendations, some changes have been made to how you sign into the club.

Members are now required to swipe their Membership Card at the InfoSign kiosks as they enter.

Reciprocal members & visitors are required to sign in using InfoSign software at the Foyer.

Redcliffe RSL is required to record names and contact details (e.g. Phone number or email) of all members, guests and staff that enter the club for contact tracing purposes per QLD Government regulations.

Bistro Vouchers only redeemable on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday Nights only, Max 2 per person per day.

Due to Government restrictions our dance floor will be unavailable at this time.

Ultimate Rewards Loyalty Program

All Ultimate Rewards Points and Loyalty Tiers were frozen when the club shut down.

Upon reopening any existing points will have their expiry date extended by 6 months.

Loyalty Tiers levels will not decrease for a period of 3 months from reopening.

Functions, Events & Raffles

At this stage our Function facilities are currently unavailable until further restrictions are lifted.

At this stage no promotions or raffles will be held until further notice.

Events will also return to the Club again once restrictions are lifted further.

Anyone entering the club must come in through the front reception area. Once you enter you will be required to either swipe your Redcliffe RSL membership card or sign in to receive an entry ticket using our Infosign Kiosk before entering the club.

What happens when I LEAVE the club?2020-07-15T11:17:51+10:00

Everyone leaving the club must leave via the front reception area. You will be required to swipe your Redcliffe RSL membership card or scan your entry ticket at our InfoSign Kiosk before leaving the club.

How many people are allowed in the club?2020-07-15T11:19:30+10:00

Government Restrictions limit our capacity to 1 person per 4m2. There is signage through the club indicating the limits for each area.

I’m a member of the club, can I bring guests with me who aren’t members?2020-07-15T11:20:35+10:00

Yes, you are welcome to bring guests with you.  Please ensure they have the required ID with them.
